 You will assist customers by responding to queries related to store locations, services, general inquiries, policies and assist with order placement while complying with all company policies, procedures and directives. Also, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction surveys. Part of your daily activities will be:

    • Listening to customers’ questions and concerns and providing the best possible answers and solutions;
    • Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
    • Answering customers’ queries by phone or e-mail;
    • Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

Required skills

    • Fluent in German
