Job description
Our customer is one of the most important developers and distributors of entertainment software. Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience e-mail and chat. Part of your daily activities will be:- German-speaking customer support via email and chat;
- Assistance with questions about the account and payment transactions;
- Solving difficulties with registration;
- Restore and change emails and phone numbers, and other account information;
- Processing hacked accounts and restoring characters;
- Processing questions about the reward program;
- Answer questions about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
- Processing any inquiries about payments;
- Processing of refunds;
- Professional management of customer data.
